Chris Lockfort's review
I loved this plate, but I recognize it might be divisive among plate-goers.
It's a lovely plate, available in small and large sizes.
I imagine the sticking point for some people is going to be that the hot sauce definitely veers from "tradition". Forgoing a meat-and-spice heavy "hot" sauce, the default drenching material here is an Italian-y tomato sauce with I think shredded parmesan cheese.
It's more like a plate and a primary school pasta lunch had babies.
I consider this a good thing; it was a delicious combo and still remained true to the essential lower-class garbage plate feel in every way.
Other pros include being fairly cheap and having an okay draught selection.
